  : The waterfall showerhead and smart mirror were pretty cool, but the bathroom is much different than the rest of the room.
  : Very old, lots of fumes coming up the stairs. My sister has asthma and severe allergies so it was really unfortunate that it was so difficult to get the smell out of the room because she really would’ve enjoyed our stay better if they learned to use chemicals without irritants to clean their hotel. The rooms are small, don’t have a fridge or microwave, WiFi sucks, no phone to call front desk, no mention of breakfast or any recommendations/help from the staff, in fact on our multiple occasions going through the lobby the staff usually wasn’t around or we could hear yelling in the back. I expected the 2-stars to be because it’s a smaller place right on market street, I chose this hotel because of the convenience of the distance to the show we saw. However, I would also expect such a small hotel to be even easier to run nicely than normal.

  : The front desk staff was helpful and cheerful! Unfortunately, no breakfast! Covid so that's understandable!
  : The building is probably old, but needs serious redone of floors. Every step had a sound and creeked! The drapes should be replaced with shades and the bed ccover should be simple and retro! Since no breakfast is served they should have a mini fridge and microwave!
